I wanted to share this photo today as a bit of a follow-up to the photo I shared yesterday.

It was awesome having Scott Price with us on the team in Kenya. Scott is an amazing man of God, and he made friends EVERYWHERE he went.

It doesn’t take much to make someone’s day. It just takes a willingness to do the small things, and the small things add up to a big thing—where God is glorified.

One of my favorite people I took photos of while in Kenya was not actually a Kenyan. It was my daughter, Taylor. 

Frank was our driver while we were in Kenya. I honestly don’t know what to say about this guy, but everything I could say about him would be good!

God is at work in Kenya! God is at work in the United States of America! God is at work all over the planet! Let’s join God in the work that He created and commissioned us to do!

One of the guys that we had the pleasure of meeting and hanging out with was Amos. “Famous Amos” we called him.

People keep asking me, “What was your favorite part of being in Kenya?” The answer to the question is easy: It’s the people.

Each day in February I will be posting a photo from Kenya 2023. This is a shot that I took overlooking East Africa’s Great Rift Valley. What a stunningly beautiful land God has created!

To wrap up my “Favorite Photos of 2022”, it only seems right to include this photo I took of the American flag waving over the courthouse in downtown Wooster.

I couldn’t do a “Favorite Photos of 2022” without including a selfie of the Cheesy Grits!

Today’s favorite photo of 2022 was taken while I was sitting in the back of a boat while our daughters enjoyed a round of tubing on Portage Lake.
