We will just continue to plug away at running (and / or walking) at least 3.1 miles every day, cranking out miles at whatever pace you choose… and while we do it, we will continue to read through the gospels at a rate of 3 chapters per day.
With the completion of today’s run (and / or walk), you are officially MORE than halfway through the 5k every day in the month of May 2022 challenge!

Not only are you getting closer and closer to your goal, and not only are you getting stronger with each passing day of putting in the work, but each day and each run has a hidden joy within itself.

I hope you are starting to feel some of the many benefits that come from developing a daily exercise routine. If you are not feeling that yet, you will. You are getting stronger every day, whether you realize it or not. So keep up the good work. Keep moving forward. You can do it.
