#5kMay2023 Daily Fun Photo – Day 24

The #DailyFunPhoto challenge prompt for today was to: Run (or walk) over a bridge, then stop to get a great photo of the bridge.

This may not be a great photo, but I am excited about what is in the photo. The bridge over Apple Creek is getting a sidewalk on both sides, which will connect our little housing development to the village streets.

This is going to be amazing! I cannot wait until the project is finished. (I am hopeful that it will be finished by Saturday so we can run on it during the #5kMayhem Bonus Challenge.)

As we were coming back through town to get back to our house, the construction workers asked if we wanted to run on the sidewalk. I think we were the first people to officially run the whole length of sidewalk (with permission).
