10k October (Day Six)

It’s good to be transitioned back into morning runs! I felt better this morning than I have in a while.

It was good to be running with a great crew this morning, too. That always helps keep me motivated, though I do enjoy just being out running with Jesus.

This morning I ran 10.43 miles in 1:22:35, which was an average pace of 7:55. That was a little more than a 10k, but who’s counting?! Anyway, I have a 25k to prepare for…

Tomorrow I plan to rest my legs a bit by running a 10k with a much slower average pace than what I am used to. That should suffice for a “rest day”.

Then on to Saturday morning for the Wooster Brick Run.
