10k October (Day Three)

Today was a tough 10k. I woke up and went to the doctor because I can’t seem to get rid of my cough and have been having a hard time breathing well while I run. 

I got bronchitis. Ain’t nobody got time for that. 

I was given several prescriptions from the doctor to get the bronchitis taken care of… but I made the mistake of taking some of them (that I shouldn’t have) before going on my daily run. I was quite lethargic -but I made it!

I ran 6.2 miles in 47:44, which is an average pace of 7:41 per mile. I’m pretty happy with that given the circumstances. 

Hoping for a better run tomorrow…
