Photo Every Day 2025

Last night Taylor and I played a fun, friendly game of Catan HD on my iPad. We needed a third player and didn’t have one, so we added a computer player named Mary Anne. I hate Mary Anne with the burning passion of one thousand suns. She was supposed to be set to “easy”, but she was a ruthless, vindictive, shameless rival. She destroyed us. It was a pitiful display from both me and Taylor. We were embarrassed, dejected, and downright irritated by Mary Anne, that insufferable bot.

Today, after licking our wounds and collecting our collective thoughts, we knew what we needed to do… we needed to pick up a couple of bags of Joyride and try again.

We were both better prepared for the schemes of old Mary Anne this time around. She stood her electronic ground and found a brutal fight, but alas! It was not enough. In the end, I am happy to report that yours truly reigned victorious. The confetti flew, and Catan HD crowned me “Lord of Catan”.
