  7. Yes, I have walked more than 3.1 miles per day everyday in May. I feel really good about it. Not so much at first. It was stressful and my hip hurt. But as I walked more, the pain went away!!! Not planning to be at the Musik Festival. I learned I can do whatever I think I can. I’m so happy I did this. I’m going to keep doing it in June. Thank you for talking me into it!

    Excited to finish the gospel today! A little sore, but happy to have started moving regularly.
    We won’t make it – my mother in law is turning 60 and that’s the day of her party.
    With daily discipline, big things are possible in a short time.

  13. Yes I have completed at least a 5K every day intentionally.
    I’m feeling tired and sore.
    Lord willingly, I intend to be at the JPM 5K in Apple Creek.
    I’ve learned that I can make time for the 5K and scripture reading in May so I need to make that a habit or priority all year along.
    I’m always glad that I signed up for 5K May! I LOVE the podcast. I especially loved the journal this year! I have even done every picture challenge this year so far!!

    4 – ?? I’m doing a year long milage challenge. I took the time to total up my different types of miles for each month and I was only averaging 25 miles of jogging each month. I think I may have doubled it this month.
    5 – Yes. This has been the easiest one for me to complete.

I recognize more and more I do this challenge this is my fourth year completing and 5th total that making time spiritually is very much needed and can be done. Dedicating the 5k to God instead of just wanting a Teeshirt hits me differently than when I started this back in 2020. I absolutely loved my crack of dawn walks and even the walks at 11 pm they meant so much more this year than “just getting it done” my steps were more purposeful and spiritually I feel closer to God.

    4.) i learned that walking and running isnt as boring as i thought it was gonna be and its a good way to spend my time instead of js sitting around! glad that i was able to learn from this challenge!
    5.) yes! this challenge has helped me in many ways and im planning on foing it again nxt year!

      I feel super good. I was just talking to my wife about how good I have felt.

      I’m not planning on being there. Too far. I may do a local one though.

      I’ve learned that I can enjoy running as long as I don’t push myself so hard that it’s horrible. I’ve tried to start slower and be consistent and that has been far better for me than pushing myself to hard and then quitting.

      I’m glad I signed up for the challenge and will likely continue running daily.

      Im really going the checkin want yesterday. I’ve had in my calendar since day 1 that it was the 1st, 15th, 31st, and June 1st. But I can’t find the post that made me think that. I can’t find the post that tells anything about the checkin dates for some reason.

    I’ve made it every day!! 5K every day in May! Thank you for the challenge it has been very encouraging:)
    I’ve been doing this with a few other people so it’s been fun!
