It was another great day for a two-a-day.

Today’s #DailyFunPhoto challenge was to run (or walk) your daily 5k on a local nature trail. We decided to meet with friends (and fellow #5kMay2024 participants) at the Kidron Community Park to walk a 5k on the trail system there.

Later in the afternoon I met with another friend and fellow #5kMay2024 participant, Derrick Miller, to run our weekly Monday afternoon 10k on the Fredericksburg trail.
