Photo Every Day 2024

I have the privilege of traveling around the country (and sometimes overseas), and I love to bring my camera with me in hopes of capturing something amazing! The world is truly filled with absolutely incredible sights to behold. But today I was thinking about how amazing Ohio is. I so often take it for granted because I grew up here, and have experienced typical Ohio weather and landscapes for my entire life. But for those who do not live here, you may be surprised to find out how breathtakingly beautiful it really is.

I had a lunch meeting today, so I decided to leave a bit early to drive around and take photos. It was a typical rainy, snowy Ohio January day. I took these photos from my driver’s seat with the window rolled down, tiny ice shards flying through the window opening, directly into my lens and my face.

For the next several days I will share some photos that I shot. Personally, I think they are rather stunning. I love Ohio.
