Favorite Photos of 2022

I think I must be getting old.

One of my favorite things to do these days is notice a bird in my backyard and take a moment to enjoy God’s incredible creation, and then snap a photo.

Yeah. I’m old.

But, you know, it’s the little things in life that make it so special.

Today’s favorite photo of 2022 was taken in March when a stunning cardinal landed in the tree in our backyard.

I like the contrast of the bright, brilliant red on a dull, dreary day. Life is like that sometimes, right? Even in the midst of the mundane, God is always doing something brilliant.
