Have you faithfully completed at least 3.1 miles of intentional running and / or walking every day so far in May 2026?
    Yes

How are you feeling by this point in the challenge?
I am surprised at how much better I am at running. My 5k has dropped by 6 minutes over the month from a 37 to a 31 minutes. Not fast, but great for me. Last year I struggled to do a 45 minute 5k.

Yes. I am training for a triathlon in July, and my weakest part has always been running. Truthfully I have hated running, but after a month of mixed 5ks of walking and working on different types of running (tempo, zone 2, and interval) I dislike it less than I use to. I have even found times of enjoying a zone 2 run with friends.
