  4. Yes I have completed the challenge so far. It has been somewhat tough. probably more mentally than physically because I have about skipped some days. Just because I haven’t felt like getting out and doing it. But once I get out and do them I feel great.

    How are you feeling? Amazing. I started off doing this challenge with my husband to see if I could actually do it haha. 😆 But by walking and jogging each day 3.1 miles it has really helped me feel better physically and mentally. I feel great. It is still a mind game in the morning haha to get out there but throughout the walk and when it’s done I feel great. Thank you.

    Do you have what it takes to finish the challenge?! Yes by the Lords strength anything is possible! I’m so excited to see where this takes me.

    I’ve really enjoyed the daily scripture as well. I listen to it as I walk and then spend the rest of the time in worship. It has given me extra time with the Lord and I’ve really loved that.

  30. I have been able to complete 3.1 intentional miles everyday for the last 14 days and am determined to finish the challenge as we are officially halfway there. The extra mileage has made my legs sore as i usually lift 3-4 days a week and run 2.

  67. Still going strong! However, not gonna lie…yesterday was probably the hardest yet!!!!
    My oldest & husband were gone last night @ church – so it was challenging fitting it in. I couldn’t convince my youngest to go with me, so I literally went up & down my street while he played in the front yard!!! 🤣🤦‍♀️ it was so boring and took me almost 2x as long to get done- but I finished it.

    Overall feeling good. And plan to finish.

    Haven’t been listening to the podcast as much I want to- I’ve been doing a few of the photo challenges.

  206. So far, I’ve gotten in at least a 5k a day every day in May! My shins and lower calves are hurting a bit but time heals those, right? Other than that, I’m having fun with it. I do most of them with my wife, I’m out doing healthy things, getting extra time in The Word; can’t complain about any of that!

    Unless my legs fall off, I’m in this to the end! If they do fall off, I’d still figure out a way to finish this. And the pictures would probably be more interesting.

    I don’t do podcasts, so I haven’t been listening to this one either. I have been doing the photo challenge, though. Ones like finding a Mexican flag have been fun because I have to deliberately change where I go to hunt for one. Even if I end up not finding it, it’s a new route.

    -I listen to it for the most part. I have gotten behind on the Bible reading since I was studying something else my own so sometimes I listen up to the Bible reading Although I do, enjoy the commentary as well Mostly.

Feeling pretty good about it – it’s been somewhat difficult to balance school and activities, but the runs have left me feeling energized, sleepier at the right times and overall in a more positive mood. I totally have what it takes to finish, and am excited to continue on, and maybe even more past the month of May!!
