  1. This was a whole lot of fun, and shows me that I can really do something that takes this much effort

  2. Thank you for this amazing month of faith and fitness! It strengthened my soul and body!! I am looking forward to doing it again next year!

  3. Thank you so much! I’m a first timer and have never done a 5k every day consecutive like this. I appreciate all the love, support, and energy that went into this. I filled out the form 🙂

  4. I never thought I would be able to do a 5k 2 days in a row much less 31 days in a row!!! I am very glad I took part in the challenge.

  5. 5k every day done! Might have missed some check ins, but didn’t miss a day! Always fun!

    • This was an amazing month! 2nd time completing the challenge, but was able to do it with my 14 year old son this year.

  6. So happy to be a finisher again – 3 years “running” (cuz I walked). Thanks the podcasts were fabulous and God Bless You!

  7. I finish the race set before me, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!!!

  8. I’m thankful “Coach McCanna” asked others to join her and for our team of six that held each other accountable, laughed, cried, prayed, and grew closer together! I was reminded that I can do hard things, I can keep promises I make to myself, and that God’s creation is so beautiful and I need to keep spending more time in it! This is my first time and I intend to do it again next year.

  9. It was fun but man it takes a lot of discipline when you have a full schedule life like mine. Retirement is coming.

  10. What a great event. My heart rate went down from 110 to 100 doe to this wonderful walk. My plan is to continue throughout the nice weather. Thank you for doing this!

  11. I enjoy this so much each year, this year was more challenging for me as I’ve been battling some injuries, but I pushed through.

  12. June 1st! 5k a day May challenge is over…. Now what? 13.1 every Saturday in June, anyone? Friends and snacks after make it so much better! Perfect Saturday morning run with the crew! 🏃‍♀️thank you!!

  13. I really enjoyed this past month. Completing this 5k challenge has given me a great feeling of accomplishment. It was more than just physical fitness for me. It was truly a blessing for my soul. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of a good friend who challenged me to take on this adventure. My motivator and rock every step of the way. I look forward to doing this again next year . Thank you.

  14. This was a lot of fun and helped me realize that I can do hard things. I didn’t make excuses and did it, even when I was not feeling it.

  15. I LOVE 5k a day in May!!! Thank you so much for doing this! I love the podcast and the challenge and hope to do mayhem again someday but this year was not it!
I finished and am looking forward to next year!!

  16. Thank you for this challenge it definitely helped in so many ways. My BP has been great and I was determined to finish, no excuses. I even ran on the dreadmill a couple of times when the weather didn’t cooperate. I did a run in the rain which was very refreshing. I walked or ran everyday still recovering from a knee injury. I even placed 2nd in my age group for a 5k color run in May. I am really looking forward to next year in the meantime my next event is the Shawshank Hustle and I plan in signing up for the the End of the Road half and the Gettysburg Festival of Races half. (Apr. 25). I also plan on keeping up w/ my 5K a day as long as I can. Thank you again!!

  17. What a true blessing this challenge was. I am so grateful and thankful to all who did the podcasts, the valuable information and more than anything the accountability. It is in by the Grace of God I was able to complete this! All honor, praise and glory to Him who makes the impossible possible… I woke up today and committed to continuing the 5k everyday… the changes in my health HUGE!!
    Again thank you!!!
