Photo Every Day 2024

I love taking photos on a beautiful, sunny day. There is something simply dazzling about the bright, blue skies and cotton white clouds. It makes me feel alive!

However, we were not afforded that kind of day today. Instead, we were issued a massive flood warning and were told to be constantly on the lookout for possible tornados throughout the day. Thankfully-in our area, at least-the possible tornado activity did not live up to the hype, but it was definitely a damp, dark, and dreary day.

Nevertheless, I decided to take my 15 year-old daughter out for a drive this evening. Well, I suppose she actually took me for a drive. She has her learner’s permit and is trying to accumulate as many hours behind the wheel as possible. So she drove, and I had her stop from time to time so I could take some photos.

For the next several days I will be sharing photos from my “Tuesday Night Drive” collection. It is mostly fascinating Amish houses and animals. I hope you like them.
