I’m from Ohio and this is my first year. I thought I was supposed to log in on Facebook the first day but didn’t realize I have to check in here. I’m doing the 5k for myself because I like running and walking but it’s challenging to do it everyday and my friends are doing it. I’m thinking about Mayhem.

I’ve tried doing this challenge for like 3 years & always found an excuse to stop. But This is the year I prevail! I haven’t really had much of a “goal” lately, so I’m glad to be working towards something.

What motivates me is getting in shape for the summer and back on a healthier track! This has been the best year yet and it’s I believe year 7 of doing 5K May’s! No soreness or cramps in my legs this year. I think this is my year to keep goin and not stop on May 31!
