As an Ohio native, I am always so amazed by the landscape and the flora and fauna of a place like Arizona.

We worship an incredibly creative God!!

Check out this view from our Pinnacle Peak hike. You can see the many saguaro cactus in the view. 

Saguaro cactus can live 150-200 years under the right conditions. That is incredible. They can grow as tall as 40–60 feet!

They are the largest cactus in the United States. Their scientific name is Carnegiea Gigantea—named after Andrew Carnegie, the founder of the Carnegie Institution. A fully grown saguaro cactus can sprout up to 25 arms.
