#5kMay2020 Podcast (Day 9)
Jeff opens with a song from Polen Band called “Our God Saves” from the Seasons CD. Special Guest, Brian Polen, takes a moment to encourage #5kMay2020 participants, then Jeff reads Matthew 25-27, and has a little chat with Special Guest, Paul Mullet. The episode ends with a rewrite of an old Hymn “Alas! And Did My Savior Bleed?” from the Polen Band Face To Face album released in 2009.

I have to admit, today was the why am I doing this day. It began with not wanting to get out of the car at the track, (I have found a dog and bum free area.) but when I started playing the podcast, it had a catchy fun tune! Brian’s message was important, because I have found that I have about 25-30 more minutes to go after most podcasts, but he reminded me to not look so much towards finishing, but to improve the time I do it in.
