Good Morning to anyone who reads this! 🙂
I did not run yesterday… I almost did. But lady Sunday when I ran out just didn’t seem right. God gave us a day of rest. And I personally have a conviction not to work (or any physical exercise) on Sunday. (The day of rest) so unfortunately I will not be running on Sundays. But I’m still going to try to act like I am getting the prize and like I’m still in it. Even though I won’t be getting anything, it’s still a bit of an encouragement.

Hey, I totally get where you are coming from. This is honestly one of my least favorite things about running. So many of the races are on Sunday, and I agree with you that God gave us a day of rest. I am actually writing a book that covers this (and the other 10 Commandments) in great detail.
Anyway, I respect your decision to honor your conviction. Following what you think is right is far better than getting a T-Shirt for doing something that you think is wrong.
